I think a 34 / 36 waist would fit ok in these so on the verge of a L but I would definitely say Med

 Length waist to bottom of leg 14 inches 35.5cm

These wonderful tap panties are like NEW and if they had tags I wouldn’t be surprised as they look as if they have never been worn. The tags may have been taken off and as they were a gift. I cannot say for sure but they are in excellent like new condition.

Jet black with a nice 1 inch 2.5cm lace trim about the legs.
