Vintage late 40's through 50’s Vanity Fair Panties

Sheer See Through

Sz 5

Tricot  all Nylon

We can date these by the label, which is an embroidered label in light blue, which Vanity Fair used from the late 40’s through the 50’s. In the late 60’s they switched to block letters and in the 70’s they went to script printed tags. The fact they also have a pillow tab in the waistband doesn’t hurt either.

These panties appear to never have been worn. They are in excellent like new condition. They are see through  (very risqué for the 50’s) w/ Lace panel overlays on the front sides. The camera shows blotches but there are none on the material. What you are seeing is the mannequin through the panties and where the “flesh” of the mannequin does not contact the panty it looks darker and where the panty has folds because it does not fit our anorexic mannequin, well there appear to be blotches. This is an illusion of the camera. The panties are in MINT condition.

50’s era panties in MINT museum quality.
