Absolutely Gorgeous Vintage late  50’s Vanity Fair Nighty or Short Slip Sz 32 S Tricot Nylon   Please see measurements as sizes have changed since the 50’s. This is in remarkable near MINT condition and one would think it made yesterday but the tag is a light blue woven tag    Mint or aqua marine, green , short slip or nightie. Very distinctive and beautiful double bra cup consisting of a sheer fabric panel inside and a drop dead gorgeous lace overlay. Ribbon straps with painted metal slides measure 13 ¾ inches 35 cm fully extended to 7 ½ inches 18 cm fully shortened. Bust measures 36 inches 91 cm Underarm measures 32 inches 81 cm Empire waist at 28 inches 71 cm Waist 32 inches Hips at 38 inches Sweep at 46 inches 117cm The bottom of this stunning nightie has a scalloped edge of about 5 inch  12 cm width adorned with a delicate ½ inch 1 cm lace edging.
