Vintage Van Raalte Suavette Style Number 62223A Size Meduim 100 % Nylon Made in the USA Mint Condition! This Van Raalte Half Slip has got to be the silkiest softest nylon slip that I have listed. Judging by the tag and the fact that this slip is 100 % Nylon, There is a folded and double sewn waistband. (No elastic) The waistband has a one button closure on the side with a 8 inch 20cm split. I feel comfortable stating that this Vintage slip is from the 1950’s. The bottom hemline is adorned with the most gorgeous 6 inch 15cm black floral lace! Van Raalte is known for their high class lingerie. This half slip is definitely one of their finest pieces of Lingerie! As measurements were very different back in the 1950’s, I recommend that you check the measurements below for a proper fit. Waist measures 30 inches 76cm. Hips measure 40 inches cm. Length measures 23 inches 58.5cm. (Measured from the waistline to the bottom of the lace trim.) Sweep before 6 inch lace trim measures 44 inches 112cm. Sweep from bottom of the lace trim measures 68 inches 173cm. Semi sheer as you can see the mannequin through the material where they touch. Remember there is no elastic in the waist and it buttons so you can go smaller but no larger! This Vintage Half Slip is in MINT Condition! Just Like New!
