This item was mistakenly placed in the throw away bin and has been gathering dust for some time now. Though still in very good condition we are clearing it out AS IS rather than clean it up. It really is not that bad, in fact a good brushing is about all it needs but it has been on sale for some time anyway so we will let it go cheap, Make an offer, and if no takers then to the charity bin it goes.

This is a most flattering Faux Suede Suit I have seen in a long time.

Ultra Suede is man made leather and is almost impossible to tell the difference.

Feels very soft!

  This suit was given to me by my mother-in-law. 

My Mother-in-Law told me that she picked it up some time in the late 70’s to 80’s

This suit is in remarkable good Vintage condition.  I did notice a little discoloration around the bottom of the sleeves but is is barely noticeable and may wash out.  On the inside of the blazer where a pleat has been tacked it is ever so slightly coming apart.  Looks like an easy fix. However if it fit me and I had a business meeting to attend, I would wear it as is.

  The tag says that this suit is a size 8.

  Let’s start with the blazer.

Across the back of the shoulders is about 15 ½ inches 39 cm.

From underarm seam to underarm seam is 18 inches 46 cm.

  From the neck in the back to the bottom hem is 23 ½ inches 60 cm.

  Sleeve length from shoulder to bottom of sleeve is 21 ½ inches 55 cm.

This blazer is lined with what appears to be nylon and has padded shoulders.

The blazer is open in the front with a beautiful scallop design running down both sides of the blazer.

Ok now lets get the measurements for the skirt.

Waist measures 26 inches 66 cm.

There is elastic on both side of the waistband so if you stretch it the waist measures 30 inches 76 cm.

The length of the skirt is 24 inches 61 cm.

The hip measurement is about 36 inches 91 cm.

The skirt has a zipper in the back with an eyehook at the top of the zipper.
