Robert's Book
Robert wrote a Science Fiction trilogy while being laid up. It took 4
years to complete and he has for sale Book 1 of the trilogy HERE
He is awaiting editing and copyrights on books 2 & 3 before sending
them to the publisher. Book 1 can stand alone and is a complete novel of
237 pages and 135,000+ words in PDF format.

Shipping and a bit on refunds and payment Refer to the "Refunds" page and the "Order Form" page for current information. I just wanted to take the opportunity to let everyone know what our requirements are and that we do not include a handling charge to make money only, to cover costs. Plastic bags, bubble wrap, boxes, wrapping paper, tape, and other misc. add ons mean if we do not charge a nominal fee we will lose money. Currently we only charge $2.00 on handling on all Domestic shipments and $2.00 on International. If possible we ship at a flat rate of $5.55 within the U.S. and $8.50 Internationally. This includes our handling fee. We can do this only if the item will fit a Tyvek envelope of 11 x 13 inches and is no more than 1 inch thick and is under 10 ounces. Anything over these limits will need to be calculated for shipping charges based on size, weight and destination. We only charge actual USPS charges plus Handling fee if over our minimum. All sales are currently conducted via e-mail as we do not have a checkout service and so long as things are manageable we will not use a check out service. You must email me with the item you desire including your name, full address and country. I will email you a total cost including shipping, You will then send payment in one of the forms accepted and email me letting me know payment is on the way. I will place the item on hold for 14 days awaiting payment. Any backup offers will be taken first come first served. I will wait the full 14 days. If you do not contact me or say you did not send payment as you stated you would, the item will be sold to the next in line if there are backup offers or relisted if not. Anyone failing to follow through on a transaction will be placed on a list of those we will not sell to. Your information will be placed in our database and if it pops up as a blocked account we will not sell to you in the future. This is just like eBays blocked bidder list except we keep the list and cross check all orders against it. We offer a FULL refund on "wrong item sent" only. We do offer a refund on the purchase price of the ITEM ONLY "no S&H will be refunded" if the size is wrong or you just do not like the item. We are not going to make you keep an item you do not want, BUT we will only refund the cost of the item, NOT the shipping as we are not here to lose money either. We are not a free rental agency, and so there are restrictions on refunds that you MUST comply with in order to receive one. Buy insurance to cover damage if it is a concern. We suggest you check measurements carefully and purchase USPS insurance if you are not willing to sustain a loss due to the mishandling of the USPS. To receive a refund for an item you did not order you must email me within 24 hours of receipt of the wrong item. State what you ordered and what you received use item #'s as well as descriptions. You must pay to ship the item back to us in the original box or envelope placing it inside another if the original is unusable. When we receive the item and verify it is the wrong item we will try to find and ship to you the correct item and refund your shipping cost to ship the wrong item to us. If we cannot locate the correct item we will refund to you all costs you incurred for shipping and the purchase price of the item. Should we find the item at a later date we reserve the right to offer it to you at the original price and shipping or to relist the item for sale at our discretion. Refunds We will accept refunds on all purchases if you abide by our restrictions as outlined below.
You may pay using PayPal which allows you to use credit cards or e-checks. International is Paypal only. Domestic have the option of USPS Money Order or PAYPAL with a mandatory 14 day waiting period for the M.O. to clear before we ship the item. Remember communication is key to a successful transaction and I highly recommend you keep in touch and acknowledge all my emails. If you have any questions do not hesitate to email me.

Payment and Shipping Details A MUST Read if you intend on Purchasing an Item. All sales are via e-mail as we do not have a checkout service. Always use the item number in any communication. and Credit Cards through
Paypal. WE do NOT accept Personal Checks. PayPal only on International sales. This is the procedure for orders and how it should work. Domestic and International I will email you back with a total including shipping and handling for the various shipping methods we offer for the particular item or items you
are ordering and the cost of optional USPS insurance based on the value of your purchase. Be sure to check and make sure the item number(s) I have calculated are the
same as those you ordered. Be absolutely sure the item numbers match. Also be aware that insurance through USPS only covers the
value of the item not the shipping. All items are first come first served. The first to return confirmation email, including preferred shipping and PayPal payment or
notice that payment will be made by USPS Money Order
will be the person for whom we shall place up to a 14 day hold on the item.
Domestic The minimum shipping cost, not including insurance, is
$5.55; under one pound. Lingerie most often is under a pound and sent USPS 1st Class Mail up to
10 ounces and
Priority, 10 ounces to 1 pound. At our discretion. Rates over 1 pound will be actual USPS charges plus $2.00
handling plus optional insurance should you choose to insure the purchase through USPS for loss or damage. You will have the option of Priority or 1st
class and/or Parcel Post. The minimum on International shipping is
$8.50 U.S. All prices and payments are U.S. $ Only. Lingerie most often will ship at this rate if sent Air Letter Post in a Tyvek envelope. No insurance
is available on Air Letter Post. The name is now changed
to 1st class international All rates are calculated based on weight, size, method of shipment, and destination. Shipping will be a minimum of
$8.50 Air Letter Post or actual USPS charges plus $2.00 handling if
costs exceed $6.50 U.S. . Optional insurance should you choose to insure the purchase through USPS for loss or damage is extra. Keep in mind that Air Letter Post and
Global Priority do not offer insurance. Air Parcel does offer insurance but is slower delivery and more expensive. We will not ship ground on International, as it
takes too long. You will be given at least 2 shipping options for most items. Domestic and International You choose the shipping method that best suits your needs based on price, time in transit and optional insurance and email me with your decision and
method of payment. Include the item numbers. Also state if your payment includes the amount required for optional insurance. Remember International insurance is only
available on Air Parcel Post. Until I receive this email the item is still up for sale on a first come basis. The 14 day clock starts with this e-mail.
Mail your USPS Money Order or use Paypal for instant payment. We ONLY accept Paypal on International orders. We DO
NOT accept
Personal checks. We will place your item or items as PENDING for 14 days as we await payment. If your payment does not arrive in 14 days the item will be relisted as
AVAILABLE. (More details on the ABOUT US page) When making payment use the form located here as a guide as to the information we need, or fill it out and send it with
your payment.
When we receive payment we will email you to notify you that payment has been received. If using PayPal your item will ship within 2 business days.
Do not include weekends and holidays. If you used PayPals e-check option it takes about a week to clear. If you are paying via
USPS Money Order there
will be a 14 day hold placed on the payment pending verification that funds have been transferred to our account before we ship the item.
When payment has been verified has having cleared and we ship the item we will send an email stating that the item(s) has/have been shipped and
provide you with a tracking # if available.
We only offer a 'full' refund for wrong item sent. Loss or damage are not refunded by us, we recommend you purchase insurance if you feel uncomfortable
sustaining a loss do to USPS mishandling of the shipment.

We try to provide 100% satisfaction in every purchase and will do our best to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase and
our service. But you have to take some responsibility in your role as buyer as well. Communication is key and you need to ensure we have the correct information to
complete the sale. If using a P.O. Box you need to ensure they will accept shipments as returned items
for failure to accept, failure to sign if necessary, incorrect ship to addresses and other reasons, will require you pay for additional shipping to resend the item. You need to read the listing and be sure the measurements are size appropriate, as
though we refund for sizing issues we do not refund
S&H and associated fees. Only the purchase price of
the item itself.
We try to write honest informed descriptions including what we feel appropriate to the listing including measurements. We will disclose any and all information we
have on every listing, including any defects we find. Your trust is of major importance to us as we wish you to return. If you feel you need additional information please do not hesitate to email me. The
only dumb question is the one never asked.

You may use your Credit/Debit card, or Bank Transfer via PayPal. If you do not have a PayPal account it is easy to create one. It is a fairly simple
and painless process and free to buyers. If you have a PayPal account, just log in. Pay by Credit card, E-Check, Bank Transfer, your PayPal account, etc. I can send an invoice for purchases
through paypal if you choose that option Do not send payment till you have confirmed via email as stated above.
WE will return your email as soon as possible to let you know we have received confirmation and you are the owner of the item provided payment is
made in 14 days. When you receive this email you can make payment.
If you send payment without confirmation email you may find another who has confirmed is first and your payment will have to be refunded less any
fees incurred. PayPal charges to refund payments. So you will be refunded only that portion which PayPal does not take. Be sure to follow the steps above to avoid
this from being a problem. As stated on other
pages we would love to be able to place a buy it now
button on every item but we cannot calculate shipping
and insurance and hubby does not have the skills to set
up oscommerce and we do not have the time to move every
thing to oscommerce if he did.

If you have CP or know of someone who does have them go to the www.cpfsn.org site and have them send their stories to post or links to places where others can find useful information. You'd be helping them, me and other people with disabilities. We will never voluntarily sell or give out your name, address, email address or any other information we may collect unless required to do so by Court Order. Though we will not be responsible if the information is stolen. But to reassure you we only file your name the item you purchased and the amount of the purchase. We have to do this for tax purposes. Nothing else is kept on record after the sale. I apologize if the information was repeated but Google looks at tables first come, and uses that information in their page listing.
