• 1. We will only pay the total of the item and all shipping if we have sent you the wrong item. To receive a refund for an item you did not order you must email me within 24 hours of receipt of the wrong item. State what you ordered and what you received use item #'s as well as descriptions. You must pay to ship the item back to us in the original box or envelope placing it inside another if the original is unusable. When we receive the item and verify it is the wrong item we will try to find and ship to you the correct item and refund your shipping cost to ship the wrong item to us. If we cannot locate the correct item we will refund to you all costs you incurred for shipping and the purchase price of the item. Should we find the item at a later date we reserve the right to offer it to you at the original price and shipping or to relist the item for sale at our discretion.

• 2. If you choose to return an item for any other reason, you must contact us via email with 24 hours of receipt of the item (the time stamp on the email will be proof of attempted contact) and it must be postmarked as returned within 48 hours of your receipt of the item. It must be returned Priority Mail and must include insurance. We will not refund on damaged items, see #4. We generally have USPS confirmation included on all items we ship so we know when you received an item. SEE # 3 for more information on returns.

• 3. If you do NOT qualify under item 1 (wrong item sent) you must pay for return shipping and insurance, and our refund will be for the purchase price of the item only. We will not include any shipping or insurance costs in our refund. The ITEM purchase price only. We do not refund any S&H fees. We do not under any circumstances refund Customs or currency conversion fees and if paying with Paypal we do not refund fees we cannot recover. Paypal charges for the purchase and the refund and unless it is our fault we will not reimburse you these fees. 

  So to recap in plain English if we messed up you get all your money back. If you make a return we only reimburse the cost of the item we do not reimburse any other costs and in fact if we have been charged by Paypal or any other we deduct this from the refunded amount.

  4. The item must be returned in as good a condition as when shipped. We do not refund on damaged goods this is the reason we offer optional insurance through USPS and if insurance is not offered it is because it is not available (Affects some International Orders)

A site devoted to providing information on Cerebral Palsy and places to get information of your rights as regards disabilities, the school system (IEP, 504 plan and special needs) as well as local contacts of advocacy sites that will help you to negotiate the system and get the necessary care and services for your child with Cerebral Palsy. We post your articles and have a Forum to talk with others to help each other. We also post our story and our continuing fight for our child's needs in hopes that others may learn from our experiences. 

If you have CP or know of someone who does have them go to the www.cpfsn.org site and have them send their stories to post or links to places where others can find useful information. You'd be helping them, me and other people with disabilities. 

We will never voluntarily sell or give out your name, address, email address or any other information we may collect unless required to do so by Court Order. Though we will not be responsible if the information is stolen. But to reassure you we only file your name the item you purchased and the amount of the purchase. We have to do this for tax purposes. Nothing else is kept on record after the sale. 

I apologize if the information was repeated but Google looks at tables first come, and uses that information in their page listing. This means I must place a snippet of information in the first table, it will be repeated in the 2nd.
Also I would love to be able to place a Buy Now button on every item but we never know what shipping will be and hubby says oscommerce is above his ability as it is written in .php and then there is having to place hundreds of items we've already listed into the oscommerce pages. So though I'm sure it would increase sales it is not feasible at this time. Everything needs to be done via email. Sorry for the inconvenience.

 Please understand that the use of " I " can refer to hubby or myself taken in context. Most all about clothing, vintage dating, embroidery and crafts is me the rest is hubby. But we both contribute to all our sites and use " I " when referring to ourselves. Hubby has little interest in clothing, embroidery and the like but is really into the Cerebral Palsy sites. Likewise I know little about websites and he does all the HTML and such. We both contribute and we both refer to ourselves as I.
