Vintage late 60’s early 70’s Vanity Fair Full length Egyptian gown sz 34. I debated on this color for some time and came up with a dark cream leaning toward the yellow but not quite there. Three cloth covered buttons at center bodice between the bust for show only. Top of straps to bottom of bust (top of the lace under bust) 11 ½ inches 29 cm Bust at 42 inches 107 cm Waist 44 inches 112 cm Hips 52 inches132 cm Length 53 inches 135 cm Sweep 80 inches 203 cm Armholes 19 inches 48 cm 2- 1 inch 3 cm ribbons in back to cinch and tie 31 inches 79 cm long can be tied in back or wrapped around and bow tied in front. Very elegant , soft and flowing Egyptian full length Vintage Vanity Fair Gown in near mint condition. Very excellent!!!! We can get a fairly accurate date because of the block letter tag mostly 60’s and the Antron III. Antron was invented in ‘67’ and I am quite sure Antron III came along shortly thereafter possibly into the early seventies. If anyone has a date on the invention of Antron III with documentation I’d really like to have it, As Block letter tag Vanity Fair is said to be 60’s but without a firm date on Antron III, I have to assume it could have run into early seventies. # a0013 $45.00 + S&H
