Occasionally we decide a bit of clothing needs some sprucing up and so we embroider some caricature or floral or animal on it so as to give it a custom and different look. Embroidered Clothing, Intimates, and other itemsEmbroidered Clothing is what you will find here. We either get gently used clothing that is very plain and needs a bit of sprucing up or purchase new clothing and machine embroider various things on the clothing. From flowers to animals to anything you can think of. We have access to literally thousands of patterns and designs. It was a costly process accumulating our collection and we now have found a use for it. If you do not see anything that interests you or the size is not right, email me as we take special orders for embroidery. You just need to know your size and what you want. Often a slip or shirt or panty or even a dress or some other outerwear is in very good to like new condition but just doesn't have anything going for it that makes it stand out. These items will most likely not sell, not because there is anything wrong with them but because they are so plain that one could purchase the same in any store. So we add a touch of elegance or just a little something to make a difference. Often we want to wear something that no other has and embroidery is a way to do that. If we have an idea we will place it on the clothing and hope someone finds it fashionable. We have found that very sheer or elastic material is difficult to work with as the embroidery want to pull the fabric. But still we believe it better than a plain slip or pantie. We are not new to embroidery as we have been doing it for years for our own personal use but as we have progressed we have bought some very expensive machines and thousands of patterns and now feel confident we can produce most anything for anyone. We recently purchased a 6 thread embroidery machine so we could keep up with demand as the two Janome machines we had were very time consuming, what with having to change the thread so often and being there to watch and cut it when necessary. And in January of 2008 we got a 9 thread machine. If you have an idea of what you want check out our custom orders page and we can do something just for you.
You will see some items listed as NWOT new without tags. When we purchase an
item sometimes they come in a lot or bag of more than one and so we do not have
an individual tag but even if it is just one item we remove the tags as once we
embroider on the item it is no longer returnable nor is it anymore an item of
clothing as manufactured by the Mfg. We do not want a patent infringement case
thrown in our laps by saying we are selling an item as a name brand as we
bought it cause it no longer is. It may be new but it is no longer as the Mfg
made it, so it is NWOT or just NEW. As I stated before some is gently used but
if it is NWOT or NEW it will say so in the listing.

It will take us a long time to list just what we have and we get more as often as we can. I wish hubby hadn't deleted much of what we sold as I
would have loved giving you the opportunity to see some of the wonderful
items we had listed. I'm sorry
if the pages haven't changed in a while but there are so many demands on my
time that It is difficult to keep up. I recently moved all my inventory to my
Moms as she has a huge building we have set up Tamicraft Though this site is commercial in that we hope to sell our offered products we have posted pages that are informational in nature that we hope will help guide you in either your selections or in providing you with knowledge to help you in dating vintage clothing. You are welcome to use the chat ( I lost the upgraded chat and had to temporarily install an old 90's version) and forums( currently hosted on another site I own Tamicraft.com) I would expect the forums would be the best place for Q & A. I hope to have a forum up on this site soon, so I can have more topics specific to this site. Time is an issue as Hubby and I have 4 sites we try to keep updated as well as a burgeoning business in Tamicraft Embroidery and a family to tend to. Myself, Hubby and two lovely kids. But I will get to it as soon as I can. I get a few letters from people interested in specific items or wanting information on dating an item. I hope I've provided enough information to help guide you to resources that can be helpful. I know it can be a hassle researching through the USPTO and others, but with a bit of digging you can generally find what you need. There are sites out there which will give you more information and some that are just information sites. Some charge for their services some do not. A lot can be learned with just a bit of effort. When doing your research try to dig deep. Read my dating vintage page and you will see how one person found a date and assumed it was the date Antron III came into use. Further research on my part proved otherwise. Always dig deep and seldom think you have the answer 100% nailed as there will always be an exception to a rule. We realize this makes it difficult to categorize us but I would hope that within the pages of this site you find something that catches your eye. Also we will hear any reasonable offer on anything we have listed. Bear in mind the key word is Reasonable. We have come down considerably on some items but others we have not. It just depends on the item, so make us an offer we might surprise you. You are welcome to point a link to any page that you wish, even if it is just the information pages.
