There is no defined bust sculpted in the fabric I would suggest you have some extra room for the bust as it would be above the underarm fabric line and dependant on the straps but use the total circumference at the underarm of 42 inches 107 cm as a bust size max just to be on the safe side and use a 36-38 inches/ 91-97 cm as max on the empire waist for comfort. Though this type garment is meant to loosely drape over you still do not want it to feel constricting. Unless of course that is the look you are going for then by all means push the envelope. It can be very sensoual.
