Sophie and Buster made some beautiful puppies and if you would like to be on a mailing list for the next litter send me an email stating that you would like to be on the mailing list. I will place your email in a folder and notify you of Sophies next litter.

If you take your PUP to the Vet for their second shots or any reason within 3 months of purchase, and your Vet finds any congenital defect or diseases that would be a result of birth or their care till you picked them up...

 Must have a legitimate Vet bill for services and diagnosis. We reserve the right to check with our Vet the veracity of the claim. The pups were verified as healthy by our Vet so disease would have to be proven to come from the birth or our care. The only congenital defect that we are aware of is the under bite of PUP #4 (the lower jaw is a bit shorter than the upper. Not noticeable unless you open her mouth) which we have stated.

If the veracity is upheld, Upon return of the PUP, We will refund your purchase price in FULL.

We are not some puppy mill. This is Sophie's 1st litter and she is 2 1/2 years old. The pups were born in our bedroom and that is where they have been raised. They have had and continue to get the best of care and we play with all of them every day. They are fun loving well adjusted healthy pups in need of good home.

We keep them in a 5 foot square box lined with newspaper. They will not potty on their blanket. They all go to the paper to potty.

They were checked by the Vet on the 17th January  2012 and given their 1st shots. They were tested for worms and had NONE. But the Vet told us to worm them anyway, so we have done so. The Vet did a physical examination of each Pup and found only one defect. The Dark Red Female has a slight under bite. Her lower jaw is a bit shorter than the upper. Not noticeable unless you open her mouth.. The Vet said this usually poses no problem but we should watch to see how her adult teeth come in. The Vet gave them a clean bill of health and said she thought they would make wonderful pets.

The way I look at it is some people place a lot of emphasis on the price of a pup, but how many spend $400.00 or more, on a night on the town? One day and forgettable memories.

With a Dachshund you have 15 years, give or take, of love, companionship and lasting memories, that is PRICELESS.

And Dachshunds do NOT stink all dog smelly like other dogs. Perfect lap dogs.

I think what we ask very reasonable, considering the return on investment.

Hey! I have a new Home !!!

Dachshund Mostly dark Red Dapple Female #4 above She has a slight under bite. lower jaw shorter than upper. Not noticeable unless you open her mouth. She does not have any problems eating hard food. We call this one 'Trouble' cause she is always in the thick of it or trying to start something. Very active and playful.

Dachshund Light Red Male #6 with few dapples above. This little guy is so cute. He is the most gentle of the litter. Oh he is active and has no problem giving as good as he gets. He would just rather be held and played with than fight with his siblings.

The mom weighed in at just over 9 pound prior to becoming pregnant.

Dachshund Mom with her babies. Mom is 2 1/2  years old and this was her 1st litter and her 3rd menstrual cycle. Pups are 6 weeks in this photo. Below is pic at 4 weeks. You can see their noses are getting longer.

The Father of the pups. A handsome Dachshund Mini Longhair Dapple Male. He was about 9 months in this picture. He was over a year old when mated. He weighed in at about 10 pounds at the time he fathered the litter, at  1 year and 1 month old on December 1st 2011.

My sons Mini longhair dapple male is in high spirits. He just fathered a litter.
He doesn't have papers but he creates some beautiful Dachshund pups.
You will have to bring your Female for a date and if he hooks up with her, you will most likely have pups. Try to have your female in her 12th day of heat. this is optimum but they may be receptive from the 10th to the 14th day of heat, depending on the dog. Your female will be receptive when she moves her tail to allow entry. If your female is not receptive you can bring her back. There is no charge unless he hooks up then $200.00 cash deposit and when the puppies come the Stud fee will be kept or traded for pick of the litter. Your choice.

The pic shows Buster at 9 months. He is now 1 year and 3 months. Jan 22, 2012. Has had all his shots and has proven he can father some beautiful pups.

Buster would work for free but we charge $200.00 or pick of the litter, for his services.

We do not have papers on these pups. NO PAPERS.

We got the paperwork for AKC registration on the MOM but never sent them in and have since misplaced them.

The person we bought the male from wanted extra for papers and we decided we would rather not pay an extra $100.00 just for papers. So these pups have no registration  papers but they are purebred.
